LDC Electrics Ltd is a company founded on the principles of quality project delivery, workmanship, and management, committed to meeting the needs of our Clients.

We specialise in delivering projects for several Tier 1 Contractors within the Water Treatment & Waste recycling industries (Uk Mainland, North & Republic of Ireland, Scotland & Wales)

Back in 2017 LDC was founded, since then we have found our Niche & continually grew year on year to provide turn key Site Electrical installations, Which Starting from Our efficient and approachable tender team, once awarded it will be passed through the chain to our in house Cad/design team, Site installation & project delivery team. All managed by our industry experienced & friendly office staff.

Crawley WTW- Tertiary Treatment Plant

Crawley sewage treatment works (STW) is owned and managed by Thames Water. The treatment train at the plant comprises primary treatment, biological treatment using the activated sludge process, and tertiary treatment using disc filters. The flows from the three ASP streams currently combine and as a final (tertiary) treatment process, pass through disc filters to remove remaining solids so that the consent is achieved. The current disc filters struggle to consistently remove the necessary solids and therefore have been identified by TWUL for replacement. LDC Electrics Ltd has been awarded & required to deliver the installation of the 4no. replacement filters and associated electrical process works related to this upgrade for Ward & Burke/Thames water.

Ringsend WTW Dublin-Hybrid Block plant

LDC Electrics Ltd was awarded & required to deliver a full Electrical design, supply/Install & commission the upgrade of 12xNo aeration cells which included various complexed equipment such as decanters & cathodic protection for Murphys group/Irish water.

Knockharley Recycling plant

Knockharley Recycling plant is new Waste management recycling plant. LDC Electrics Ltd was awarded & required to Complete the electrical installation of Building services, Inclusive of some specialised install (ATEX Equipment) & Control & power cabling for the Recycling plant/machinery, this involved copious amounts of Motors & instrumentation which was required to run/automate the plant. LDC completed the full supply & fit of the electrical installation for this project.

Viking Energy Centre

LDC Electrics have recently completed the Electrical installation of the Viking Energy Centre for South Tyne Side Council and Colloide engineering, this project comprising of a water source heat pump, Combined heat and power back-up system, 1megawatt solar farm and a private wire electrical network with battery storage.

Chemical Dosing

LDC Electrics have been involved in an 8 year long Chemical dosing program, during this time LDC have had the pleasure of Electrically delivering over 200+ Chemical dosing plants across The Uk & Ireland.

Chemical dosing systems ranging from chemicals such as sodium hydroxide, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, ferric sulphate, aluminium sulphate, ferric chloride, antifoam, ortho-phosphoric acid, etc.
